Duties& Responsibilites:
1.Act as business partner and support the LPG Management with defining objectives and aligning the business structure and its processes to deliver according to defined targets
2. Performance Analysis and Decision support
3. Planning, budgeting and forecasting
4. Reporting, measuring and analyzing of financials and key performance indicators
5. Propose actions to realign the future course in order to meet targets
6. Link processes, people and technology with LPG strategy
7. Assess the business risk exposure, ensure appropriate controls and define mitigation plans to reduce impact on business performance
8. Ensure compliance is 100% in line with the high ABB standards
Requirements:
1.Strong financial background, structured and result oriented controller with focus on internal controls and processes
2.Demonstrated analytical and cross-cultural communication skills
3. Requires high level of coordination skills in order to gather relevant financial information from all parts of the organization
4. Strong knowledge and experience in SAP (FI and CO, PS, SD modules) and MS Office (Excel, PPT, etc.)
5. Fluent in English in speaking and writing, mother tongue Chinese preferred
6. Demonstrated good problem solving skill, approaching problems with open mind and persistence in order to deliver on time
7. Education: Business Administration, Accounting and / or equivalent experience.
8. Experience: > 6 years in controlling/ accounting function
