PERSONAL SPECIFICATIONS/个人能力描述
1.Bachelor degree in any discipline
2.At least 5 years of working experience in Training position
3.Familiar with Quality and EHS Systems such as TS16949, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, etc 
4.Have good ability of team work
5.Proficient in office software, in particular Excel and statistics skill 
6.Good interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal). Basic English competency is required
7.Quick learning and good time management.
 
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES/任务和职责 
 
1.Plan, organize, and direct a wide range of training activities, including identifying training and development opportunities with department managers, developing companywide annual training plan。
2.Hands on role in evaluating employees’ performance to decide if the workforce would benefit from training
3.Identify areas where employees can improve through job related trainings (both internal and external)
4.Implementing the training plan in a structured manner to improve overall competence of employees
5.Maintain and update training policies if necessary
6.Ensure that latest OJT training plans for all positions are in place
7.Keep all kinds of training records, including individual training records, training attendance records, OJT training records, training evaluation forms, etc
8.Assist HR Manager with customer audits and third party audits. 
9.Control training process as internal auditor to make sure the effectiveness
10.Complete monthly Training report
