1. Provide a dedicated quality management service which include management system development/integration/maintain, quality auditing, continual improvement
2. Support project QA activities
3. Be responsible for achieving sustained improvements in Health and Safety (H&S) performance within the Company
4. Provide H&S leadership to all operational businesses, inculcating a passion for excellence in this domain and an understanding that this is genuinely a top priority
5. Initiate and lead H&S campaigns,
6. Initiate and lead risk assessment procedures and practices as a means of accident prevention.
7. Interact at GM level with the operational businesses, creating a forum for the exchange of best practice and a passion for continuous improvement. Implement cross-inspections/ information exchanges
8. Interact with production, engineering, maintenance and installation management/ supervision within their respective working areas, proactively leading change. Where necessary identify weaknesses and implement training
9. Promote H&S performance improvement to stakeholders; particularly to contractors and other relevant suppliers.
10. Supervise the operation of an H&S reporting system with adequate data integrity that meets local and Group needs
11. Supervise the operation of a corrective action tracking process. Awareness of external audits
12. Supervise the dissemination of adequate operational processes and procedures
13. Maintain an H&S performance plan, defining targets, timescales and resource requirements. Align with Group expectations
14. Participation in relevant working groups within ThyssenKrupp
15. Have quality management experience in engineering company, Good knowledge of project quality management system
16. Familiar with ISO 9001
17. Able to challenge poor performance for quality work
